Both sofa and love seat cushions are 2.7 "thick for more comfort and can be secured to the chair. The cushion cover is removable for easy cleaning. My problem isn't with the set itself nor the customer service. My issue is that I was missing 4 chair parts! Now I'm having to wait a month for China to restock parts, meanwhile I'm sitting on the concrete. Grrrr

It arrived on time and was packaged well. It is easy to put together. Not only looks nice on the balcony but, sturdy. Cushions very nice quality, color good to look. I have a big balcony and with this I can play with my kids there. Love it.

The color is vibrant and awesome. I've received lots of comments from just showing pictures. It was pretty easy to put together. It's perfect for an apartment back porch, which is what I have. Everything is very sturdy. I think honestly that the pillows are too flimsy. When you get up and down out of the chairs, the pillows move... flip off or even fall forward. That's embarrassing and seems cheap. I wish I could replace the pillows with something much more sturdy. Also, it's à low set. Low to the ground. But for my apartment porch, it works well. For all the compliments I've gotten so far, I would definitely give this set a 5, but for some of the quality, it's an honest 3.
