The cost of groceries has increased so much in recent years, and this cookbook could not be more timely and appropriate. Saving money doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor, he teaches us. The book has a nice collection of Chef Pepin’s artwork and photos of the recipes dispersed throughout. It has clear instructions that are easy to follow. Most of the recipes require very little time to prepare, but I’ve only tried a few so far. I am very happy with this cookbook.
