Purchased the 8x 10 pink/cream. Color is perfect, but the rug quality is a a nightmare. There is wool ALL over the house - upstairs, downstairs, on my clothes, flying around in the air. I filled four canisters of wool in my vacuum and it hasn't changed. I called Target Marketplace and they are unwilling to help. I can't remove the rug from under the bed alone due to the weight of bed and the rug. Getting it under was a feat, to which I pulled the tendons in my arm. At the very least, Target should provide a discount so I can pay my handyman to come help me remove it, roll it up and load it into my car.

We’re sorry that you had a poor experience with our product. Rugs made from natural materials, such as wool and jute, will shed for a period. To reduce excessive shedding, we recommend vacuuming your new rug 1-2 times per week in the direction of the pile with the beater bars disengaged. Shedding should diminish within several weeks after. Arrived with pink stains all over it and smelled really bad. Not as pretty in person wouldn’t recommend it was annoying to have to return it
