The rug arrived VERY quickly and had no smell when it was opened up! Feels like a great quality. I got the beige rug and it looks much more neutral and white in person(online it looks blue-ish), which I am happy with! We will see how it stands up to dog fur and high traffic, but so far it feels like it cleans up great!
