I received this item with 2 defects: (1) The green plastic in the center of the pole that is supposed to turn to loosen & tighten when extending the pole does NOT move. (2) Neither of the attachments can be inserted into the pole far enough so the button snaps it on securely. I even had a man try to do the two things I cannot do thinking it might be me. He was unsuccessful.

Some reviews talk about the pole collapsing, but that's because they did not read the instructions. All you have to do is twist both ends of the pole in the opposite direction and it stays put at your desired length. I've used other squeegee and they can get heavy. This squeegee is super lightweight, so it made reaching my tall windows easy. I use the small one for the bathroom. Pads are just velcroed on so they're easy to pull off and wash. Great value.

I have used this for my windows as well as for my cars. I even used it to clean bathroom walls where I couldn’t reach. It’s very handy. I get it all done with one tool instead of buying different tools. Easy to use. I like it has two sizes.

The metal arm doesn’t stay extended. It doesn’t seem like it’s broken, just how it was designed. The squeegee is flimsy and didn’t do a great job clearing water at the edges or middle. The microfiber cloth is very plush and did a good job of absorbing water to clean with, but there’s nothing to scrub off bird or insect poop from my outside windows.
