    I had the 10’ model. Thought I was spending more to get something more durable and longer lasting. But it stopped charging after a couple months for no apparent reason. It just sat at my bedside as I’d use it at night to charge my phone overnight.

    These cables are absolute trash. “Enhanced durability”, they say, and then after less than a year the stupid thing mysteriously stops charging unless you contort it into increasingly ridiculous positions. I wish I’d saved my money and just bought a cable that was honest about being bad quality.

After less than 3 months of using it it's started to only charge at a certain angle, meaning I almost always wake up to a half full battery. I've had cheap chargers from Amazon last longer. Very disappointed.

    This charger stopped working pretty much instantly. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max that has never had issues when it came to my charging port, so I know it’s not an issue of it being my phone. I would have to bend the top portion of the charger to get it to charge, wrapping it around my phone tightly because even the slightest movement would cause a loss of power. Do not buy this, it’s a waste of money. Quality is not equivalent to what it once was.

    Lightning port snapped off

    Had it for about a month and was very happy with it, but I just fell while holding my charging phone in my hand with plenty of slack (it’s a 10’ cord!) and the lightning port snapped clean off. I’m oa pretty clumsy person and have dropped my phone, tripped, and fallen while charging on plenty of other cords and have never had the lightning tip just snap off like that.

    Cable was well cared for, removed properly, and shows no wear near connectors. Despite taking good care of it, it stopped wroking after only 3 months. Anker used to be good I am still using a cable I bought in 2016 from them and it hasn't given me a single hiccup, but this new one could even last 3 months.

    Bought 2 of these in the past 8 months. At some point the big USB-A metal part just snapped off in my bag, which is the same way the previous one broke after a couple of months. Very hesitant to buy again. You’d think paying a bit more to buy an item made by a good brand would hopefully last at least a year, but no such luck with these cables! Very unhappy with this purchase.

    In order for the lightning tip to contact the iPhone/iPad pins, you have to apply pressure on one side or the other depending on how it was inserted. This is due to the contacts being slightly BELOW the surrounding shroud and pushing the male tip AWAY from the female contacts. I don't have the box/receipt to get a refund so this is lost money. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!
