Q: Can it be converted to use Natural gas instead of propane?

Q: what are the dimensions of the inner square. i have a old 30x30 fire pit with the table/lid top. can i use it with this one? its 17.5" square.

A: The inner square is about a 17.5" square. This unit has a shallow fire bowl and your existing insert may not lay flat.

Looked great and was easy to put together but came broken and unable to connect to propane tank in order to be lit. Will unfortunately have to be taken apart and returned.

The product did not work from when we first got it. hooked up to the gas properly it would not light! We even tried to manually light it with no luck. I had to return it.

The product looks nice and was fairly easy to put together. The ignitor is not working on mine so it has to be lit manually. I have called and emailed Blue Rhino with no response to get a replacement part. Disappointing customer service.
