I am not a fan of super thick burgers and these are perfect. Everyone I make these for agrees the taste is great and definitely better than most other patties, they’re halal which means the processing of the meat is in line with my beliefs on how all creation should be treated, and the price of these makes purchasing them even better.

Perfectly sized patties. Cooks well in my cast iron skillet without shrinking. Another review erroneously considered the trans fat to be unhealthy. The small amount of trans fat in beef is naturally occurring and not linked to the same health risks as artificial trans fats. In fact, CLA (a type of natural trans fat) may have some health benefits when consumed as part of a balanced diet. The only con is that the package is not resealable

Brought few times, it was cheap til I noticed it was trans fat. After eating it for a bit I noticed it was a different type of greasy taste and thought it would be smart to check the nutrition facts. Don’t buy unhealthy

I cook burger patties in the oven - which is great for easy cleanup, but oven cooking tends to dry out lean patties. These have just enough fat content to make juicy and tender hamburgers. Price is amazing. Target please don't stop carrying these!

I was so excited to see that target near me is carrying these halal burger Pattie’s! These honestly taste SO good. The first time I cooked them on the stove top in oil but the second time I baked it in the oven and it came out so good! I look forward to eating these. The price for the amount you get is also pretty good.
