This pillow is not the color pictured. It is a very light blue. Looks like the other one that’s listed as “light blue”. I exchanged it and they sent the same thing again. Good quality wrong color. Website is misleading.

The pillow is firm and the exterior material is pleasant to the touch. However, even though the cover is removable, it is not washable -- "spot clean" only. In my mind, this mostly defeats the purpose. This probably has something to do with the use of polypropelene in the materials (why this is, I don't know, maybe water resistance). I should have read the specifications more carefully.
