The rug was folded twice and then rolled. It is so “wrinkled” I don’t know if it will EVER lay flat. I’m so upset because because I loved this rug. I tried vacuuming it and nothing helps it lay flat

Great rug for the price. It’s lighter in color than I thought but high quality and looks good. I bought the light one and it is a medium thickness rug so you can see foot prints pretty easily. It smelled like chemicals for 2 days so if you can, air it out.

Good for an areas rug! I use it for my kids play area. Not cushioned at all. Low pile, wish it was softer, a little itchy but still soft enough so it’s not bad. Color is great! Got the tan color. Lays flat

The runner looks very nice in the hallway and is a great contemporary style if you're looking for a rug with neutral colors in it. I did have to use heavy books on the ends when I unrolled it for it to lay flat, but within 24 hours I was able to remove them. Very glad I purchased this for our hallway!
