Says it’s rust resistant for years of use, i haven’t even gotten one year out of it, it’s rusted!

Thanks for reaching out and we apologize for a negative experience with one of our products. We have a limited warranty that allows replacement up to 90 days from purchase. Please bear in mind, these items are advertised as rust resistant, not rust proof, as several factors outside of our control can lead to corrosion such as hard water scale and/or soap build up.

It’s fine but because it dips down, when I fill up my tub all the way the bottom is submerged in water. I can use the middle part of it but one of the flat caddies will work better for my tub.
