Not brown, actually gray. Pillows on the back and the arm rests barely inflate. Shorter than a couch should be. Weird chemical, stored in a warehouse for months smell that I am hoping airs out. Really sturdily built though. You get what you pay for and luckily can make things smell better and add more pillows.

As for the color, we understand that color perception can vary from person to person, so we have included images of the product with a white background on our product page for reference. However, lighting conditions may cause slight color differences. As for the pillows, since the product is foam-filled, it is compressed for easier shipping, which can cause the pillows to not fully inflate when first unpacked. We recommend allowing the product to sit for a while before using it, and the comfort will improve significantly. Regarding the size, we have mentioned on the product page that the length is 83", which is designed to comfortably accommodate three people. However, we understand your concerns and will consider making further improvements in the future. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the smell. The odor is indeed due to prolonged storage in the warehouse, and airing it out in a well-ventilated area for a while should help. The springs in the seats can be felt when sat on. The arm rests of the couch are velcro’d on and not sturdy. The material is soft but the cushions are lacking in fullness. It was okay to put together but not comfortable.

In what world is this couch brown? I ordered the brown color and received a dark gray couch, which they don’t even offer as an option. Don’t order the brown if you want a brown couch.

It’s decent. Smaller than anticipated and not as full of volume as the photos depict. It’s nice for a space that you don’t plan on using much or for just plain decor / room filler. Would be great for dorm or beginners home / apartment.
