Namesake Liberty 6-Drawer Assembled Dresser

Absolutely love this dresser. Came quicker than anticipated and is extremely durable/well made. The perfect addition to our nursery - we just need to add the legs, which should be very easy to do!

I will start with delivery. Everything was fine other than that there was no heads-up about delivery timing. Had I known, I would have worked from home. The main concern is that the very heavy/huge package was left in the driveway and I had to fend for myself when it came to moving it indoors. The dresser once unpacked showed no signs of damage and all parts were included. I ordered the natural walnut color. It looks beautiful and high quality, however, the color is more greyish than warm.

Beautiful dresser! Came excellently packaged so I'm surprised and feel bad for those other reviews who received a damaged dresser because it was very well protected in my case. Saved on shipping and had 15% baby registry code that was eligible for this dresser so I'm very happy with the savings compared to ordering from other vendors.

This dresser is beautiful and exactly what I want for my nursery. However, it arrived damaged and had clearly been dropped (on both corners...?) so now I'm trying to get it replaced. The carrier EFW has been terrible to work with. The damaged dresser arrived earlier than expected, which that's great. But I was given no heads up besides a 2 second automated voice call saying a package was being delivered. I have a lot to things arriving so I had no idea who the message was from, it didn't say, and I was given no time window. Now, I need to wait a week and a half for the carrier to pick up the damaged item, and they expected me to be able to get this huge heavy dresser back out of my house and in the driveway for them when target said they would come get it as-is and wherever it was. I am pregnant and due in a month and cannot help my husband move this. Luckily target approved the replacement to be sent before the carrier picks it up, otherwise id be waiting close to a month for a new dresser. We'll see it the replacement arrives damaged again, I have no faith in EFW to be able to deliver an item un-damaged. I'll update my review if EFW and target figure this out.

Beautiful dresser! Quality is absolutely amazing! Came quicker than expected. (Delivery company is a little hard to work with as they never ended up giving me a delivery window or anything - just keep an eye on the tracking link and chat with them to see when they plan on coming, if I wouldn’t have done that it would have shown up and I would have never known). I thought I'd buy this from target rather than direct from Namesake to save on shiping costs - but you get what you pay for! When I purchased the dresser I was given a delivery window of 8/20-8/22. The next day they said the estimated delivery date is 8/23. Then, they said 8/26. I receivied one email from EFW (shipping provider) that said I'll be notified within 3 business days and will be provided a window between 8am-6pm for delivery. They never reached out again and delivered the item at 5am on 8/16. It's huge and heavy, blocking our main exit path from our house, and I'm too pregnant to help my partner move it. It would have been worth $90 to not deal with this hassle.

Dresser is beautiful but arrived damaged.
