It is definitely not leak proof if you hold the bottle upside down, but most people don’t do that. It’s easy to clean. There is nothing special about the bottle but it does its job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For all saying that the twist lid cannot be cleaned in between the 2 pieces....I just discovered that when you turn the lid over, you can squeeze the 2 sides of the middle piece together and push it through! Voila!!! 2 pieces to clean thoroughly and easily. Then just snap them back together! The straw is even better

I was not disappointed with this insulated tumbler. I also prefer a cup that I can use with a straw. I have not used it for a hot drink yet but as the colder weather approaches I will definitely give this tumbler a try for early morning games with a coffee drink.

It also comes with 2 straws which is great if one’s dirty, you have a spare. It keeps my drinks super cold and makes the ice last 3X as long. I’m pregnant and ice water has been my go to and this cup has been absolutely fantastic for that.

It kept my ice coffee cold through my entire shift and my hot coffee hot! The extra lid, makes me feel like I got the bang for my buck. Also it's almost spill proof. I can't even tell you how many times my toddler has knocked over this cup and no spills.

It is the right size for my hand to grab for any easy drink. The lids stay on perfectly even if I accidentally drop it. It fits into my car's cupholder much better than any other tumbler that I have. The JoyJolt keeps my ice cold and my coffee hot. I can swap out lids depending on the drink. It is just the best!!! I am very pleased with this product.

I put ice in it because I had just gone to the store and my pop was not cold it lasted for over 30 plus hours and that's being refilled several times. It keeps everything ice cold I don't use it for hot I'm sure it's just as good I am probably going to get one just for my coffee because I love this cup. At this point it's the only one I use.

I need a cup that keeps it cold throughout the morning and this really fit the bill. I also like that the top screws on because I am infamous for tipping over my cups. This way the lid doesn't fall off.

It's so perfect for me as I do hot coffee in the morning and cold in the afternoon. It's huge (24 oz) but still lightweight and easy to hold for my tiny hands. The tops are perfect, simple with no parts that can collect mildew and easy to clean. The straw top is awesome as the straw slides in and it completely seals around the straw so no more spills from this klutz! It also comes with two straws which is great! The insulation is perfect on it, and hot stays hot cold stays cold (actually left it in my car half full of iced coffee for over an hour on a 85° day and yep it was still icy!!) It's perfect and I love it!
