Q: Am I loading these wrong? Every wipe I pull out breaks off from the next. I used the outside of the roll to stsrt dispensing. Should I be loading from the inner part?

A: Hi Katie, The inner-wipe is intended to be loaded through the spout. This will solve the issue of tearing for you.

Our All-Purpose Wipes are multi-purpose cleaners and are effective at removing dirt and grime. We are not a disinfecting wipe (which kills bacteria). Let us know if that helps clear things up!

A: Hey there -- Great question! Simply by using Biom in substitute for single-use wipe products you are reducing plastic waste (85% reduction of plastic in the packaging), and in most cases - you are helping reduce waste in the wipes themselves (90% of wipes today contain plastic!). Biom’s wipe refill packaging should be discarded in the trash can once removed, but we always recommend checking the packaging’s recycling number and seeing if it is compatible with your local municipal recycling capabilities. We are actively looking to source monomaterial packaging so we can be fully recyclable in the future!

These are my favorite wipes. Not only do they clean really well but the smell is so good and lasts a long time after cleaning. I did not find the other scents to be strong like this so if you want some SMELL go with this!

These all-purpose cleaning wipes are great. They have a nice texture to help clean surfaces from dried messes, and the amount of liquid and scent is perfect. I love that these are home-compostable, so I feel like I'm generating less waste when cleaning with wipes. These fit perfectly in the reusable wipe dispenser, and I love that they're safe for skin too, which means I don't need to wipe up with water after using them. I received this item as promotion and I adore it. The Santal escape is not overpowering yet refreshing and a perfect addition to my home cleaning essentials. I've used this to clean up minor spills from my toddlers. I keep this store out on the counter so that its easy to access. I have found many cleaning products to be overpowering.
