Q: Why is rug pad recommended, since it has latex backing?

A: I just bought these and they are so soft and cushy no need for a pad plus they have non skid backing.

A: Hi S - Thank you for the inquiry. Although we cannot guarantee that it will not harm LVP flooring (a lot of things can factor into the “harm”, that may not have to do with the rug itself), it is suitable for hard floor covering. It is made safer with the non-skid latex backing. Hope this helps! - Kris

I love this rug. It’s plush, easy to wash, and doesn’t show dirt super easily. It’s held up in the washer and dryer very well too. I would say I’ve washed it over a dozen times in the last year and it’s hasn’t faded or started to pull on the seams.

I bought several of these rugs to prevent my senior dog from slipping on the linoleum floors. These are the perfect neutral taupe/brown color and feel plush under your feet. They are machine washable and hold up great after several washes. Easy to spot clean, too!

Love this rug, super quality. Have it inside my house entrance and receive ongoing compliments about it. It is of good size, it’s thick with a good cushioned feel. Shows no sign of wear after almost a year. I vacuum it once a week to keep it looking like new. If is one of Target’s finest products for being nice looking and already long lasting. My sister loved it so much, she purchased two of them. Big kudos Target for this rug!

Just received this Threshold Knitted Striped Accent Rug in Grey by delivery..Very Nice and thick, very soft, heavy weight feel. Has backing for non slip that is NOT stiff. MACHINE WASHABLE which is great! (I have not cleaned it yet) This is my first Threshold and I love it!

Great rug so far. I got it on sale so it was even better. I haven’t washed it yet, but hoping it holds up in the wash. It’s really soft, my 3 year old son and dog keep laying on it because it’s so comfortable. It doesn’t seem to slide around.
