Cozy and sits high, but screws are not very sturdy

The chairs are beautiful and sit high in our dining room. However, the chairs aren't even a year old and a screw broke in the insertion area and now we can't get it out to switch to a more sturdy screw. Another screw is bending also. So, we can't us the chair until the broken screw is removed. Anything you can help with Target? In the meantime, since you're spending the money, I would recommend purchasing more sturdy chairs.

I wanted a kitchen chairfir long but could not set my eyes for one. But this chair caught my eye. I am really amazed by the built quality of the product. It's really sturdy and best for my kitchen.
