Q: If one light goes out will the remaining lights stay lit?

A: Hello Michann lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand.

A: Hello Kat, on average a set of 100 incandescent mini lights uses about 40 watts.

A: Hello Mike, unfortunately no remote control, rather lights are controlled via the inline selector button wired to the wall outlet.

I really wanted to like this tree, but it’s wimpy at best. Lots of holes, even after you expand the branches. I’ll spend as much on filling the tree with greenery as I would have spent on a better tree. Lesson learned…

The only thing I liked is that it looks full enough and the flocking doesn't mess your floor. But other than that, the shape of the branch tips are small and too precise that it looks fake. The flocking is also too precise and each branch tip looks exactly alike. The pine needles look shiny too. I don't think it's worth the price. We returned it.

The height and width of this tree is perfect for the corner I wanted to light up and the little pine cones just add to it! I didn't decorate it other than to add clear bubble lights abd I think it's just wonderful.
Fullness is lacking with this one.

Not a fan. The size was pretty good (it's hard to find a 12 foot tree that's very slim). However the fullness is definitely lacking with this one. I've never seen a tree need so much work right out the box! This photo here is basically when it was first assembled. I had tried messing with the bottom a little to fluff it up, but it felt like I was kinda getting nowhere. I know fluffing is needed with every tree but this is a bit much.

Very disappointed. This looks nothing like the picture. In person it is barely flocked and not nearly as full as the picture shows even after fluffing it out. The picture made it look nice but in my opinion it looks cheap in person. It also has hardly any pinecones in some places.

Booklet said it should have parts A and C - it did not. It had part A and B. Company said they would ship out correct piece but it would be 7 business days processing/shipping. Waited the time email company and 2 days later they said "we were waiting for you to confirm so we will start now". No where in the email did it state that I needed to CONFIRM their own information. Now waiting another 7 buisness days. But they don't just have part C so I am not sure what I will be getting.

This tree looks very cheap and sparse. It’s also slightly unstable-for it being so tall that makes me nervous. I’m disappointed in this tree. I’m hoping with ornaments it will look better.
