My wife uses this product exclusively for any baking needs. She also includes this product in her air fry chicken batter. I like it because it is pure without any artificial ingredients or preservatives as with all of the Bob's products.

Potato starch is a staple in my kitchen. My spouse has celiac disease, so we can't use anything containing gluten. Potato starch works in soups, but it also works as a coating for light frying. One of our favourite recipes is a Japanese fried chicken dish called karaage which uses potato starch. The texture is great. Bob's Red Mill has never let us down in terms of quality, either.
