Assembly is simple, though a little confusing on first reading, and you may need two or three people to help you as you have to lift heavy objects. But just make sure you follow the picture exactly and make sure you don't lose any of the included parts. It's not a bad size. It's not that tall, it's not that short, so this fits perfectly. It's really nice and strong.
