I am generally unimpressed with these. I bought them as a gift for my mother in law who has the same-ish size feet as me (hers are wider). I got the double wides and they are so tight on me I could barely get my foot in. Despite the calf being super wide on me, my foot can barely fit. I don't understand why, in order to get a wider width, you have to keep going up a size... unless I'm not reading it correctly, their sizing chart is just strange. That said, I was going to exchange it for a full size up, but for some reason, 11.5 is not available in WW. It's just not even there as an option. Pretty sure the other sizes have that option, sooo...? I was also excited to get these for my MIL because they are supposed to have all these comfort features, and she has knee problems. It is like standing on a board. There is no padding, no memory foam, nothing save for a tiny patch of like 1/16" foam under the heel. I don't understand how this isn't just false advertising, honestly. I'm not usually this harsh in product reviews, but LOOK AT THE PRICE! What am I paying for? They are genuine leather (I think?) and they do have a nice look to them. That's why they got 2 stars outta me. But I will be returning and not purchasing a replacement. Hope this is helpful!
