He says that he was sweating. While I do not run as hot as he does, I definitely did not notice any difference whatsoever. I felt no cooling sensation. I would not recommend this product.

I have had this on my sleep number bed for about a week now, and I have to say that it is very comfortable and soft. The material is very sturdy and very well made. I was going to buy a memory foam mattress pad to make my bed softer. I have one that we purchased with our sleep number bed but really had no cushioning and was not very comfortable.Since putting this mattress pad on, I have to say I really do not need to buy another mattress pad. The only downfall is that it says cooling, and I sleep hot with me going through menopause and it really did not feel cooling to me or my husband, but it has definitely made my bed feel softer and more comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a mattress pad.

It is not as thick as I thought it would be but the cooling aspect of it is great! It doesn’t give your bed a lot of cushion but if I was wanting to purchase it just for the cooling aspect of it then it definitely works! It’s more of a mattress cover than a padded topper.
