Putting this piece of furniture together made me question if I will ever buy anything unassembled again. The directions make truly no sense. They are unnecessarily complicated (hire someone from Ikea is my free business advice). Upon opening the box the wood was already chiped and sratched at the corners. After screwing in just one screw the panel on the side cracked. I double checked - it was not the wrong screw, washer, or anything else. It's just kind of a cheap piece of crap that you cannot put any pressure on whatsoever without dire consequences. Do not buy this!
