This 13ft patio parasol set comes with the parasol, base, base cover, 2 sandbags and tools required for assembly. You have no need to extra prepare any accessories. The opening and closing of the canopy are controlled by the hand crank that you can get the parasol prepared effortlessly without others’ help. The design of the ventilation system allows as much as possible air to flow through, preventing the parasol to be blown down by the wind, meanwhile, effectively keeping the air below the canopy cool on scorch summer days
