I am recovering from a knee replacement and this is Exactly what I need. My PT recommended this adjustable platform (4 in, 6 in and 8 in). I’m still on 4 in height, but it is strengthening my thigh and knee to prepare for actually walking down stairs normally!

I’m really pleased with this stepper. It’s so lightweight but at the same time it’s really sturdy. I’m a bit heavy atm so I was worried about it moving around. The stepper stays in place. The delivery was super fast too! I’m excited to begin my journey to becoming a healthier person and I can see this stepper being a valuable asset to me and my goals.

Prop65 warning not listed anywhere in the listing for this item. While it is listed it was made in either US or China, the box reads 'China'. The worst part is the noxious smell that came out of the box in pulling out the stepper and the bag it's in. No way do I want this off gassing in my home, no do I want to step on it with barefoot, or even a pet smelling/walking on it. Returning this item. What a waste of time, shipping etc.
