I do not know why they send this bench unassembled. It is not expecially diffficult to assemble but it takes about 15-20 minutes that I could be doing other things, plus my dog stole 2 of the piceces during assemble so I had to use my own pieces instead. The irritating part is that I don't understand why it is sent unassembled. The box it arrives in is already large. I imagine they save a small amount of money by packaging flat, but it's the same weight and just would be a different box type. The assumption is the customer does not value his/her/their time and is willing to do their job for free. The quality of the bench is good but the quality overall is poor because I assembled it and I am not an assmbly person. I think it's OK for customers to have higher expectations from manufacturers. We paid the money for the bench, you do not pass on savings to us, so why not complete the job and send us a fullly assembeld bench. It is so small it would make so little difference and it would be done correctly, professionally, and build brand loyalty. And if you are going to make customers do your job for you then at least provide them with extra parts. The parts are tiny everyone loses some.

This well built sturdy shower bench is amazing. Everyday you get to enjoy sitting on it during the showers and it doesnt change the color at all. I like this product and Im very happy about the purchase.
