Description
Genexa Kids' Pain & Fever is made with the same effective acetaminophen as Children's Tylenol® Oral Suspension Cherry, but without any artificial fillers. Genexa Kids' Pain & Fever helps temporarily reduce fever and provides temporary relief from a range of cold and flu symptoms, including minor aches and pains, headache and sore throat. This oral suspension is made with organic blueberry flavor and has the effective active ingredient your kids need for symptom relief (160 mg of acetaminophen per 5mL), but without artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, artificial dyes, parabens, and common allergens. For use by children ages 2 years to 11 years.

I can easily convince her to take this without a fight, it kicks in quickly and helps her overcome her symptoms. She said "mommy this is actually yummy". And Mommy likes it because I know it is free from all the junk.

I was shocked at how sweet this tasted and then I looked at the ingredient list. It contains agave syrup which is higher in fructose than sugar. It’s misleading that people think it’s healthy when it is about as unhealthy as high fructose corn syrup.

I give this to my kids to help with pain and fever, and it works great. My kids are older, so they require 5-6 tablets for one dose, which is A LOT. Especially if they're sick at the same time. We'll finish the entire bottle in one day, which just isn't cost effective. I do wish Genexa would make the dose to where they didn't have to chew so many so each bottle would last longer.

We purchased this product about a month ago. Didn’t open it until today. It has a very foggy stringy substance in it. It doesn’t expire until the end of the year. I would not give it to my kids because it didn’t look to safe. We have used other Genexa products before and never had the issue before. But definitely very hesitant on using again.

It’s already cold and flu season in my household, and as a Genexa user, I was grateful for the chance to give this Kids Pain & Fever medicine to my children. They both loved the cherry flavor, and I love that there aren’t any artificial ingredients, just organic and natural flavors. With 160 mg of acetaminophen, it definitely helped reduce their fevers and help relieve other symptoms as well. This product has joined our household’s lineup of quality products from Genexa, and I highly recommend it to parents everywhere. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. This medicine is effective after first dose like any other pain and fever reducer medicine but this is free from artifical colors and dyes and this is a great plus for the kids' medicine. I buy this brand and not planning to switch to any other brand for my kids.

I struggle with getting my kid to take liquid medicine, this is one of the first times she has taken it and not immediately spit it out. Although she was still hesitant I will count it as a win. We are trying to move away from artificial dyes and flavorings so I am excited to find more products that lean into that. I received this product free wine n exchange for my honest review.
