Q: How o get the creases and fold marks out of these rugs. I bought a round and square one.

A: Hello. If you would like to fasten the flattening process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. This is the method we use in our facility to remove the creases from the rug. For severe creases, you can steam the rug or you can place it top side down on the floor, place some damp towels on the back side and iron over them.

A: Hi Lee. The Unique Loom Outdoor Solid Area Rug does not have a non-slip backing. We do recommend purchasing a non-slip pad (for outdoor use) if the rug is going on a hard smooth surface flooring.

This was the first time I got the indoor outdoor rugs and I really love all three rugs are really nice very pretty one of them I put our shoes on when you walk in the house the other two I have under the chairs in the living room in case anything gets spilled it will be a easy clean up I would buy again and again
