The frequency is very long lasting of both together it goes last until you wash the next day. however after you shave don’t apply this spray it will burn. other that than no complains it’s travel friendly it’s awesome as a body deo I already repurchased two and the body stick.

Smell is nice but it is overpowering - like fills the room that you spray it in. To the point that it began to irritate my nose and eyes. It has a nice cooling sensation and does a good job with odor control. But FYI - it’s not actually whole body. Read the instructions. I will try to use it up on feet and shoes, but I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing.
