Q: What makes this product faux neoprene and not just neoprene

A: Hi, Alis love - Thanks for asking! This is a new developed/creative material and the innovation was inspired by neoprene material but hand feel is softer and made of recycled content fabric at better and affordable cost for consumers to approach. Since the material content is not same as real neoprene material, to be transparent, we named the new creative material as “faux neoprene” material. Hope this helps! - Rob

Q: With this being insulated, how long does it stay fresh (with or without ice pack)?

A: Hi taylor - Thank you for the inquiry. Food in an insulated lunch bag should be warm after two to three hours if it's hot, and four to five hours if it's cold, without the addition of gel packs. Three to four hours can be gained by using a hot or chilled gel pack inside the bag. Hope this helps! - kris

It's a great lunch box and great material looks expensive! But.... the lunchbox is NOT light pink. It's almost like a purple I wish it was more light pink as it's showed in the picture but other than that it's great!

I bought this for my daughter before school started to use daily for snack and/or lunch. She loved the color and the fact that it had a longer strap, so she could carry it crossbody. However, after only a couple of months, I noticed that it had mildew on the outside of the lunchbox. I tried handwashing it and letting it air dry, but the mildew was still there. Up until I tried washing it, the only time it got wet was from the condensation of the ice pack inside of the lunchbox. I’m not sure what would cause it to mildew so easily.
