Graco Pack 'n Play Rock 'n Grow Playard - Hamilton

This is where Graco is messing up. Why are you over engineering everything? The seat is 5 stars, amazing, great job! Why does it need to attach to a pack n play? Why can’t you sell this seat stand alone without the awkward top piece to attach to the pack n play? You sell one stand alone type bouncer chair with awful reviews bc you tried to turn it into a jumper. The pack n play crib portion is also annoying on this product bc it’s smaller and non standard to accommodate the seat. Stop trying to make all your products into “multi use”, you are missing the mark. Don’t even get me started on your swings.

Moving with a baby of few months old was tough but the portable pack n play made it easier. After looking at the displays of different pack n plays, I picked this one because it looked more durable. Sadly, this product was recalled for the inverted bassinet being a safety risk for babies. Mini organizer was very nice to have available on the side of the changing pad. It lasted me until baby out grew it by age of 2. Around that same time, I noticed that the playard was very uncomfortable. Next time I will buy a soft cushion mat with fitting measurements to increase baby's comfort. Don't get me wrong, I found it very versatile for baby to sleep in as growing and it was worth my money. However, I would only purchase the Graco Pack n Play On The Go Playard because the bassinet and changing pad was dysfunctional.

Easy to setup and breakdown. Durable. Handy compartments. Lightweight and compact enough for car travel. Downside is no baby wants to sleep on the hard as rock “mattress” pad and there’s no safe replacement out there for this size pack n play. I don’t recommend trying to use as a travel crib. Great as a play pen though.

No fun assembling - terrible drawings accompanying instructions

Thought I loved this….but I was wrong. Where in the actual heck do you find a mattress that isn’t a sheet of paper to fit this thing?! Super frustrated that this is smaller than your average pack n play so NO mattress’ can fit. I’m now going to have to buy a new pack n play to travel with my daughter.

Purchased as a gift for my new grandson arriving in July so can give no feedback at this time.

This is exactly what we needed for our newest foster baby. She love it and we love having her close at all times. The detachable chair is so convenient for keeping baby near and in our sights all day all around the house. We purchased a different option from another company and when I found this one I knew it would serve us so much better so we donated our (new-ish) older one.

I absolutely love it!!!!!! There was no need no ween baby from our bed we put him in there and he instantly loved. Highly recommend his favorite part is the rocker/chair will always buy graco 3 kids later and they’ve never let me down!!

Our baby did not care for our bassinet to sleep in, so we bought this multipurpose pac n play. It is super easy to put together. Moving it around from room to room is easy as well. Our little one loves sleeping in both the bouncer and inside on the mat. Definitely a win with the added changing station.

Love Graco purchased Rock n Grow for my grand baby due in August. Very easy to assemble and take apart for travel.

I honestly don't understand how this pack n play is not more popular - it is GREAT. I'm a first time parent, and I'm so glad I picked this. Baby is now 5 months old and I've used every feature. The changing table - great, sturdy, easy to clean and access, as well as the side caddy (I've put SO MUCH STUFF in there!). Super helpful for night changes. The bassinet setting - excellent. I had an unplanned csection and was able to pick up and lay down the baby easily. Once she reached the weight limit I set it down to the base level. Still good, no issues, as she can be laid down awake for sleep. But my favorite feature is the rocker/recliner. The canopy we could not figure out how to put on correctly, but we've been using it indoors, so doesn't much matter. This seat is lightweight and easy to carry while also carrying the baby to wherever you need to use it (while using the bathroom, showering, folding laundry, cooking, eating, etc.) especially once baby is a little more alert and it isn't safe to leave them on a floor/activity mat while doing something else, or you have a two story home and don't want to reset the floppy/large mat, or you have pets and can't leave the baby unattended at all, even to go #1. I also love the different sit/laying settings, that it can be set to rock (or not), it has vibration, and can be used for a toddler. My one gripe with this pack n play is that the mattress is an odd size - the fitted sheets will fit but need to stretch it over the mattress while the its laid flat on something or it be buckled and the sheet wont be as flat as it should be, but it can be done.

Excellent choice for when our grand baby comes over. So convenient to have the changing pad and the vibrating seat and a great place for him to sleep. Easy to move around too. We’ve recommended to our friends for their grand babies.

The mattress is very thin and the fabric is noisy, whenever baby moves head it makes noise. The sheets made by graco do not fit snug and are unsafe to use at all. I’m trying to find a different mattress that will fit because she has outgrown the small bassinet we have but still sleeps in our room

I thought the seat was actually a bassinet.. but it's not, there's a seatbelt in there as well. It's not to be used for sleeping. Oops. Which kind of makes it difficult because you have to remove both the seat and the changing table to use the bassinet? But then where does the changing table go? It doesn't sit up by itself... Also hard to find sheets that fit this, I bought the Graco ones and they kind of work but don't fit super snug like you'd hope. Overall I guess it wasn't exactly what I bought it for. The canopy we could not figure out for the seat... Instruction were okay, not the best.

I am a mother of two: a toddler girl and an infant boy. I haven’t had a chance to actually travel with the Pack ’n Play yet, but from my experience traveling with my first when she was a baby, I think this would be a great solution for travel. It has everything needed for sleep, playtime, diaper changes, and lounging. The Pack ’n Play is very well built. It seems like it will hold up for years to come, certainly long enough for future children. Right now I’m using the playard in bassinet mode for my son to sleep in, and it has been wonderful. I really liked the storage caddy for storing diapers and wipes for nighttime diaper changes. It’s also super convenient to use as a safe place to store a few toys when baby’s sleeping so that they aren’t in his sleep space, and then they’re readily available to give to him when he wakes up. I used the seat on the playard, around the house, and out in my yard. I love that it has the shade to keep sunlight off my baby’s face and the vibration to soothe him—it’s one of my son’s favorite places to lounge. It’s easy to switch back and forth between a stable seat and the rocking. The seat adjusts to fit newborns, infants, toddlers, and possibly even smaller children, so my children have taken turns in it. We all love it! It will be great for traveling, visiting family, going for picnics, and more. It’s really durable and well designed, and with how long each child can use it, I’m excited to use it for years and years to come! One thing that I would like to see improved for this Pack ’n Play is ease of transporting and storing all the different parts. The storage/carry bag only holds the basic playard—it doesn’t even have space for the bassinet piece or the changing table attachments. Having a second bag to put all the accessories into would be ideal. My only other complaint was the difficulty of assembling the rocking chair. It was a bit more difficult than I thought it would be. (I’m a pretty handy person usually. I worked in a bicycle store for a few years.) The instructions weren’t very specific, and it was especially difficult to put the shade on. Other than that, it was pretty easy to figure out, especially since I had previous experience with other playards. I really love the versatility of this playard, and that it is one purchase that covers a lot of needs for babies: a place to sleep, a place to play, a place for diaper changes, and a place to lounge and relax. It seems very safe, and it’s very convenient. I’m excited to travel with it, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a baby, especially if they want to travel. This is now the second Pack 'n Play that I've owned, and I absolutely love it! The upgrades from my previous playard, have made life so much easier. we use this as our second playard on a different level of our house. It has a convenient changing station, so I don't have to go upstairs to change my baby's diaper, and I can safely set her down in it without worrying about my toddler. The portable seat is easy to get in and out of the playard, and I'm able to move it around, so she is comfortable and safe. I love knowing that I will be able to use this playard for years to come as it transitions from bassinet to play space and crib. It's an awesome product that I can use at home (my other playard is in my bedroom as a bassinet for my infant) and for travel. This is really nice looking! And if you’re like me, using it as a downstairs changing table, it’s awesome to have it blend in with the decor. There are pockets for diapers on the side to stay organized. The main pack n play portion was easy to put together and so was the changing table. The portable seat took me awhile to assemble but it's the feature we use most often. I love how soft the lining is and, like the main pack and play, it's nice looking. She also likes to nap in it as it has a vibration feature or you can manually rock it. The cool feature about the seat is that it will convert to a toddler chair when we are ready for it- one less thing to buy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This playard is all in one. It is perfect for every situation. Set up was extremely easy and required little effort unlike other playards I've tried. The bassinet is set up very secure. It has over the rail clips but it also has attachments in the corners which gives me peace of mind when baby is inside of the bassinet. My youngest is 4weeks old and seems to be very comfortable in it. we use it frequently in our family room for naps and lounging. I also have a 22 month old so being able to put baby in a safe place is ideal when he needs my attention. The rocker is convenient to have because I can use it for baby or for my toddler. However my toddler has been getting most of the use from it. I used it a few times on the playard but its most helpful for my oldest. It is easy to remove, to recline and elevate to accommodate either child. It can be used as a chair or a rocker! Super convenient and my favorite feature. Although it is handy, I don't use the diaper caddy because its too easily accessible to my toddler and a bit of a pain to keep him away from. The diaper caddy is spacious and you have a compartment for all your needs. Also, I don't use the changing pad as I hate having to remove and reattach when needed. I prefer to change baby on any flat surface. Overall it is a playard that is completely worth it. The portability is perfect. It grows with your child/children and who doesn't love that. It’s cute enough to keep right in my family room where I love having an extra changing station that is very organized. The rocker is very cozy for my little one and the bassinet is very easy to set up! I plan to use this playard on vacations and at my parent’s for years to come!

This playard is cute enough to keep right in my family room. I have loved having a quick changing station downstairs that keeps the essentials nicely organized. The bassinet is very easy to set up and the playard will be easy to use and bring on trips for years to come. I am crazy about the rocker that sits on top of the bassinet very securely. It keeps the baby away from the curious puppy when needed! I love how high you can sit the rocker when it is not on the bassinet base as my baby has had some issues with reflux and the highest rocking position is very comfortable for him. He loves sleeping in the rocker that is very easy to move from room to room. My three year old son also loves the rocker which shows me just how long I will be able to use this system. Can’t wait to pack it all up and take it with us this summer for vacation. If you need an easy travel option or a second bed/changing station for a nanny or grandparents this SUCH a great option that will last a long while!
