It has a refreshing effect. It doesn't have sugar for those of you that monitor glucose. The aftertaste of the alternative has a little after taste but not too bad that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of five.

Flavor is really delicious, not too sweet or sour and texture is light instead of thick like other energy drinks. Packaging is nice, its stands out. Gave my son energy without the spike. Will purchase again and recommend.

I found it clever how they made the bottle an ombré yellow and green to match the lemon and lime flavoring; yellow for lemon and green for the lime. It smells great and tastes like both flavors mixed. At 10 calories per bottle, 6 vitamins, 3 antioxidants, 5 minerals, 1g Cane Sugar, and a balanced blend of 4 electrolytes.. you cannot go wrong with grabbing this for a drink! The word ‘Hydration’ is all over the bottle, and it definitely hydrates to a maximum effect. The natural flavors make it taste a bit on the sweeter side, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other bland and boring hydration drinks on the market. You don’t even have to worry about gluten or caffeine as it is free of both. The best touch of this product is the About Me article written on the back from the Founder Leo Messi. It’s refreshing to see how he succeeded with this product and how much he is proud of it! I love this drink!

I ended up buying one from the store so I could actually taste it . The taste did not hit. It has a very chemical taste and smell to it. Not a fan.
