Definitely not an everyday lip color, but it would be great for a fun event. It also is long lasting to the point where even scrubbing it off with micellar water wasn’t even enough to get it totally off which is annoying but also proves its long wear.

It doesn’t really have a scent. The pigmentation is good, the color covers the lips and isn’t see through. It stayed in while drinking out of a straw and for me while I ate food.

Did a while review video on YouTube under the name Mermaid Cove Clothes and Nails if you want to see this in detail. Not as opaque as the darker gloss, but this one is actually a great golden specked pink that can be worn easily by many (the other one is straight up Halloween looking). This pink pops but doesn't cross into looking odd.

First off, the packaging is gorgeous with a shimmery purple lid with silver chrome scales that catch rainbows in the light. The beautiful shimmer pigment of the product shifts from purple to green and looks like actual color changing chrome on my lips. It doesn't have much of a scent to it but the texture is just right and applies beautifully with just a couple swipes creating a magical look in seconds! This is definitely a look for special occasions or when you want to feel like a mermaid or gorgeous mythical goddess!

The pigmentation is nice, but I didn’t notice anything about the color change look it talks about. I like the packaging, and the fun colors of it. The scent of it was not a strong chemical smell which is nice. My one issue, it doesn’t last long unless you put something on it to help it stay on your lips. Otherwise it’s very fun wearing!
