Never thought I would love a hose, but here I am. This hose is amazing. I bought the largest version, which gives me an incredible amount of flexibility when doing yard work. It never kinks, and I love not having to manually put it away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The on/off and variable flow lever on the spray nozzle broke within six months and would have expected this part to last longer. We really like the design and retractable hose though and hope Vego Garden can replace the part easily.

Other people’s video reviews made this hose set look really easy, but the reality was different. Pulling out the hose from the reel was very hard; I had to use A LOT of force. Plus I bought the original set with the smaller hose so the water pressure was really really weak. It took me forever to water my vegetable garden (it normally only takes about 30 min with a regular hose). Therefore, I had no choice but to return it.

I've been a long time customer of Vego beds (and will probably continue to do so) but the hose was an absolute miss for me, especially considering the price. 1. The connector hose from the spout to the unit kinks if you look at it the wrong way 2. The actual hose itself does not lock once pulled out and it's a constant game of tug of war to keep it extended. Watering is now a 2 person job. 3. We can't get the nozzle to connect cleanly, it constantly leaks 4. The post and anchor kit were an absolute fail. Even a professional mason could not get the anchors to install on our concrete patio. When I contacted Vego they were very polite but unfortunately unable to offer solutions beyond "That's frustrating maybe try again". Ultimately it was a very exciting purchase that ended in absolute disappointment for me.

I love my new retractable hose! I can finally get to all of the planters in my back yard without the trouble of continually filling up watering cans! Yay!

This is such a wonderful addition to my watering needs. The hose length is super long and can navigate my whole yard. So nice to not have to coil up the hoses and each use. Buying a second one for my front yard!

The hose reel and hose is great. Swivels just like I need it to. Only downside is the hose nozzle broke after just a few uses. The handle on the on and off popped off and won’t go back.

Just Love the watering hose. I mounted it on the side of my deck on the shady side, and once I pull it out to the length of your yard area, I can just walk all over to water, and the BEST thing is when you want to reel it back in. All you need to do is just walk with it slowly and I leave the hose end open to drain the water as I go.
