Women's Lace Trim Mini Slip Holiday Dress - Wild Fable™

I am consistently a S-M in dresses and this M was weirdly tight in places that I did not like.

This dress caught my eye in Target. I tried it on, my husband liked it so I bought it. I like that the straps are adjustable, the fabric is no stretch though.

Order size up. Way too small and 0 stretch anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cute slip with a simple but flirty vibe. I'm usually a size 8/medium, but since I have a larger bust (34DD), I went with a large. It ended up feeling a little loose, so I think a medium would've been perfect. The lace trim and little keyhole detail give it a fun touch, and the adjustable straps help with the fit. What I really like is that it works great as a slip under sweaters to give that skirt look without being too short. The length feels just right-not too revealing but still flattering. The material has a little stretch and feels comfortable, though it's on the thinner side. If you're in between sizes, I'd say go with your usual one unless you want it to fit a bit looser. Very sexy I had to cover up in my fuzzy jacket at dinner haha definitely for a date night ! Big chested size up and wear a Bra which I’m doing in future but definitely like it but like most slips it clings and there’s no second layer under so you see everything including underwear lines. Def great for big busts . 38ddd I’m in size large

It is well made and has a heavier fabric. I am actually able to wear this braless even though I am a DDD!!! I think it would be difficult to find a bra that didn’t show in this. I was wearing a skims see-through bra and it was OK, but not the best . You could probably get away with just putting on a black tank top underneath! The straps are thick and adjustable, and they’re satin so they’re really comfy and they don’t dig in. it’s actually surprisingly supportive. I was torn between the red and the black, but I went with the black because I do feel like the red looked a little bit like sleepwear. It’s beautiful, So comfy, flattering and I like that it’s longer so I don’t have to worry about my butt showing if I bend over. Given the keyhole detail I didn’t really want it to be too short. I think you could wear this to a wedding or dress it up/down, depending on the jacket you wear. It looks so good. It had to come home with me. Even though I’m broke lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For size reference I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall and I weigh 110 lbs, and the XS fit me a little loose and I'm also not sure how I feel about this dress. While it's comfortable and has an ok fit, it reminded me a lot of lingerie, which isn't really my style for a dress. If that's the look you're going for, this might be the perfect dress for you, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I received an incentive to write this review.

Super cute and flattering. Material feels nice for a polyester blend (not my favorite material, but to be expected here). On the thicker side of your satin-like fabrics, so I find it holds its shape better and is more forgiving of any areas you might feel self-conscious about. Didn’t wrinkle when wearing it, either. Also appreciate that it has adjustable straps. My only real gripes were that it seemed to run a bit large (wish I’d sized down) and the length was a little longer than I like in a mini dress (I’m relatively short plus I’ve always just preferred the shorter end of mini lengths). More expensive than I’d like to pay for a polyester slip dress from target, but everything is expensive right now, lol. Ended up working great for a last minute holiday date night outfit I threw together. My fiance absolutely loved it. All-in-all, I’m pleased with my purchase.

I loved the lace, the red was so so so so pretty. It fit like a glove and I love the adjustable straps! Wore it for nye and it was so cute!!! Will be wearing next Christmas and Valentine’s Day!!! We need more colors!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress in size S fit true to size and just right. It’s a short mini dress where length hits to about mid thigh. The material was smooth and silky. The bust measurement of the size I ordered was noted a few sizes up my actual so thankfully it did not fit as loosely as I would’ve thought as it didn’t seem like I would have trouble with wardrobe malfunctions. The lace trim Vneck with keyhole at the front was definitely a cute flirty design. Wearing a black strapless bra underneath did assist with my concerns about revealing too much due to looseness. The back had thick strap style meeting mid back to the dress so it does show quite a bit of skin if you’re looking to flaunt from the behind. Note that the store forgot to remove the security tag so hopefully they’ll be mindful of that in general to avoid trips back to remove. Overall I love this dress. Pair with heels or knee high boots. I can typically wear a size medium in most women’s clothing. That is what I tried on this picture and I would say it is definitely true to size. I love the lace detail on the the trim and the absolutely adorable little key hole detail on the front is the perfect combination of feminine and flirty. There is a zipper on the side to help get in and out of this dress easier. My only negative is that it would be difficult to find a bra to wear with this. You would have to have some kind of pasty or cover. I received an incentive to write this review.

The straps are adjustable so you can make it fit what’s best for you. I read the description of this and I was shocked that this is a dress to wear in public! I thought this was a nightie. The material is satin and thicker but I can’t imagine wearing this out as a dress. This has lace around the chest area and this looks like it is something you’d sleep in. This is a cute mini-dress with a fun peep hole. I plan to wear it for a date night out at a Christmas Pub. I bought a Wild Fable cardigan with pearl buttons to go with it. Perfect 'Santa' red!
