Pink salmon is the smallest and most abundant of the pacific salmon species. Its flesh is light in color and delicately flavored. Raincoast Trading salmon is wild-caught in sustainable fisheries in the Pacific Northwest. They use selective harvesting techniques to eliminate bycatch and habitat damage. To preserve the natural flavor of the fish, as well as to warrant that there is nothing but healthy fish passed on to the end consumer, Raincoast Trading's salmon are kept in their natural state once caught. They do not administer any antibiotics, hormones or genetically modify the fish in any way. Note that there is no added liquid of any kind. There is a small amount of liquid that cooks out of the salmon. Only very limited amounts of skin and bone are included. The salmon is in intact chunks, perhaps six per can?

Take note that there are BONES in this can. There was no indication of this within the description & not pictured on the label in the product photo. Canned fish should be convenient. I feel like I could have just bought whole fresh fish & had the same experience.

The flavor and texture are much better than the typical canned salmon that you find at the grocery store. I like to put mine on a baked sweet potato with sour cream and chives.

This is great tasting salmon. My husband adds egg and crackers to form a patty and then fries it in coconut oil! Delicious!

Convenient to use and to add to a meal. Includes skin and bones, not as tasty and appealing for me. Wild salmon, so quite healthy and quality product including reputable cannery, Raincoast.

Everywhere else this no-salt wild salmon is $4. I appreciate it being only $2.99. Raincoast Salmon is delicious! I ordered 10 my first time, was very pleased, and 3 months later being tonight ...I ordered 20!

The salmon is a bit pricey but it is worth it for the convenience and quality. It does not seem so oily as some canned fish.
