As someone in her golden years I find it hard to get the pilow right, my kids bought me a set of these for my birthay. The Medium truly a blessing. Supportive yet soft, for a back sleeper like myself. My head and neck feel more in comfort, and I wake up without any stiffness. The sateen shell is soft against my skin and keeps me COOL! and the pillow itself has a nice loft without feeling too bulky.
