Bio Bidet by Bemis 2000 Electric Smart Bidet Seat in White with Drylette Towels

We have family who have a bidet and they love it, so we decided to get one. So far, we love it. It was easy to install, and the seat fit on our toilet perfectly (we have a Kohler toilet).

I highly recommend this unit. I’ve now been using it for five years with great performance. No issues whatsoever. Prior to purchasing my bio bidet, I tried out several other manufacturers units at friends’ houses. They worked, however In my opinion, the bio bidet out performes the other ones which were in the same price range. The main difference is the bio bidet has a stronger water jet For a more thorough cleaning. I Use both my units on the daily basis.

We bought this toilet seat now my husband has to use a different toilet. The seat is positioned so you do not get the same open space as the elongated toilet seat

Overall, the bidet seat does its job very well. As far as the clean goes, it’s spot on! The seat is very comfortable and makes using the toilet easier with my sciatic issues. Much less pain because the seat is more rounded over and has less pinch point behind the thigh. The heated seat makes things more comfortable as well. No more middle of the night cold shock! Missing features: on a unit of this price I would expect the remote buttons and display to be back lit for easier use at night. Second is a 2 person memory function for personal wash preferences.

I bought this 6 months ago. I was desperate after suffering from really painful hemorrhoids. I have dealt with these most of my life. This bidet was easy to set up, is easy to use, and helpful in managing my symptoms and helping to avoid them all together.

My 94 year old mother has a rectal prolapse and a dropped bladder. I selected the BB2000 for her because it has all of the features that greatly improve her quality of life. In particular the vortex setting actually helps reduce the extent of the prolapse and the bidet spray reduces her chance of issues from wiping. The handy remote is easy to use so she does not have to reach from behind to control. And the continual warm water never gets cold and the warm seat and warm air dryer make this bidet seat perfect for anyone who uses it - especially my 94 year old mother! We purchased two of them so she will not be without no matter what part of the house she is in. This product is very durable and high quality and I would recommend it to anyone.

Just purchased a BB2000 and install was easy and straight forward. Lots of nice features.

This bidet was a life saver after surgery. It enabled me to adequately take care of myself. Quality seat and highly functional.

We added a BB-2000 to our primary bathroom about a year ago and recently added a second one to another bathroom. We couldn't be happier with this model. The heated seat has been great since winter rolled around. The bidet itself does a fantastic job, and I love having something integrated (i.e. not like what we've seen when traveling where the bidet is a separate fixture from the toilet). Our cats, however, want to let your cats know that the lid is slightly sloped, making it a horrible and disconcerting launchpad to get to the counter. While the humans give it 5 out of 5 stars, the cats would give it zero stars if they could.

This is my second bidet. I love it and would not be without one.

just got this and it was so easy to install. Everything works great. We got the round. We have a small space for our toilet and it fits just right on our existing toilet and did not take up any extra room. Our last non bidet seat was oval and to big for our unit. This looks nice and fits right in

The Bliss BB-2000 is amazing! Replaced another aging unit, this bidet has far more functionality and is just plain better than all the rest!

We are a family of three and swear by BioBidet. There are so many pros to having a bidet in the house, and BioBidet is superior to other brands. 1) We use about 1/4 of the toilet paper we used without a bidet 2) Having a warm seat on cold winter mornings is life changing 3) I'm left feeling clean after #2 and ready to proceed with my day 4) The fan takes away the smell of #2 5) Night light is great - I never have to blast my eyes with overhead lights at night trying to use the bathroom In all, it's worth ever penny. This seat will last forever and the quality is unmatched.

Coming from the BB1000 for the past 7 years or so, we thought the more expensive BB2000 would be an upgrade, giving the additional features. We were wrong! It's actually a downgrade to us and we plan to go back to the 1000. The main reason is the water pressure is greatly reduced in the 2000 and I'm not sure why. Also, the seat is smaller, the remote is harder to read in the dark since it's not backlit, and the power cord is shorter. So to us, it works but we don't understand the upcharge in cost vs the 1000.

We remodeled our master bathroom and decided to get a bidet. After some research we decided on the Biobidet 2000. This was a great choice. It took about 20 minutes to hook up. Everything except the wrench comes with the bidet. The heated seat is the best feature to me. We live in the Midwest and those cold midnight trips to the bathroom is made much better with a warm toilet seat. We will enjoy this for years to come.

High quality, easy to install, we love it. Definitely, one of the best products on the market. This bidet replaces the same product that wa installed many years ago.

I have only had this for one week. It was relatively easy to install and setup and was working fine until yesterday when the remote control lost the settings. I got it set back up the way I had it and so far it is still working. Crossing my fingers that is the only glitch.

I am glad to have this bidet as it works very well for its purpose but there are a few disappointments: the remote should have backlighting for night use; it should be save-programable for a couple of users; and, i find the seat puts me too close to the front of the toilet bowl. That said, i would buy it again as it functions very well for its purpose and the user-controlled features work well.

I'll start off with how much this thing looks cool. Like a spaceship toilet. The seat is super comfortable, seat warmer is excellent (and can get a little TOO toasty), the blue light glows just the right amount, the remote works very well, and the water temperature tank works well (and also can get a bit hot if on max). This is definitely a high quality item. Super easy to install as well, even if the instructions show one piece being backwards, so it made for confusion for a minute or two before I realized it was illustrated backwards in the instructions. Now for my one and only critique. I got this based on the power of the spray. And I guess I got exactly what I asked for. This thing is powerful. So much so, that many of the settings are so strong that it can hurt. It is tough having to squirm around trying to make it target the right spot, because where I sit I guess, it shoots in a not-quite-right area, and you have to adjust with the controls. But even then, I still have to scoot around to get it perfectly placed. That part isn't as great. And then with it being too powerful, it then get right up in there a little too fiercely. So I love this thing - it's capable of a lot. But the lowest setting is too weak, and the second level is too strong. So....I find it unable to hit that perfect setting. But it's still an excellent item. Just watch the bum, and careful with messing with that spray power!
