I notice that most of my heartburn start with something that is fast food and at at time heavy on stomach . This product is a life saver and I will try to find this flavor in store, which I haven’t found it yet but other than that. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was actually shocked that it didn't taste bad. It didn't have a strong vanilla caramel flavor and didn't have the same chalky flavor, which I was happy about. I took this while I was having stomach pains, and it took the pain away within minutes, so it was definitely effective.
Tastes blah. Works great.

Mylanta Liquid Antacid and Antigas is great if you're bloated or having heartburn issues. The liquid is white and is about as thick as maple syrup. The Vanilla Caramel flavor does not taste like it sounds...it tastes like medication dissolved in whipping cream. But, it's not an offensive taste. Just don't expect it to pair well with coffee or pancakes. I used this during a nausea onset due to indigestion and during really bad bloating episode. Mylanta worked within minutes and brought on perfect relief.

It is thick and chalky as you would exit, but the flavor is decent. But what really matters is how it works. Once you take it, there is instant relief. I will absolutely e using this going forward.

When I first used it I thought I might have forgotten to give it a good shake before taking it. Second time around I made sure I shook the bottle for a good 15 to 20 seconds but it still tasted the same. In my opinion it’s like drinking vanilla scented plastic. If I get this again I think I’ll get the original minty flavor

He wasn't the biggest fan of the taste but honestly, these never taste great! It worked amazingly well and that's what counts for us so we will be buying this in the future

Definitely not chalky, nice and smooth. It also seems to stop gas and bloating. I would definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have enjoyed this product. I get heartburn from time to time when I eat spicy foods. The dose is 10 or 20ml for an adult. I had to take the whole 20ml to get relief. I really like the vanilla caramel flavor, and that it's not really chalky. It works really fast and works well. I highly recommend this product if you suffer from any kind of heartburn or indigestion. It's found at most stores and it doesn't cost too much.
