I’m giving 5 stars because, aside from the fabric, the quality was top notch. The swivel and rocking action were very smooth. Everything else about the chair was what you would expect for a premium priced product. Unfortunately the fabric was SO BAD. It felt like really worn down shaggy carpet. It was not soft and felt cheap. We would have kept it if the fabric was better.
