Women's Cargo Mini Skirt - Future Collective Khaki

Nice pattern and nice weight material. I like the elastic waist in the back slightly forgiving. Runs big. Started with an xl, exchanged for a large and now looking for a medium. Target sizing is all over the place. Length is longer than a mini but shorter than knee length.

So I wanted this to be better but I did notice that there's a very noticeable size difference between the small and X-small. First Letter me start by saying that my normal pants/dress size is between a 4-6 in women and about a 7-9 in junior's. I am 5'9, 149 lbs. I can sometimes fit mediums but for this skirt, I started with a small. The small was too big around the waist and the waist has extra elastic so I went down to an X-small. The extra small fits better on the waist but then gets tighter around the hips. I think it is the material. The material is very stiff and has no stretch whatsoever. I wanted my skirt to be higher up because I had 3 kids and I don't wear any skirts or pants low on the hip anymore. So, if this skirt is supposed to be worn lower down on the hip. The sizes might be accurate though I still feel the small runs more like a medium. It's still cute and I still bought it but be warned.
