A: The handles are designed to stay as cool as possible, but it is still always recommended to use oven mitts when cooking on the stovetop and especially when your pan is placed in the oven.

These pans are amazing! I love the colors and style, but the best part is being able to cook eggs and salmon with absolutely no sticking! Just a little olive oil or butter and I’m good to go. Clean up is a breeze!

I bought this set Feb 21 not 2 months ago. I used my large pot less than 5 times and the rim coating is rubbing off, I'm assuming from the lid sitting on it while cooking? I do not store them with the lid and I have plenty of space so not stacking. Very disappointing. Green pan claims this is natural and expected. I would never have bought them if I thought they'd look like this after a few uses! Aside from that beautiful pots but this is a huge issue for me.
