I was a little hesitant to get these because of reviews stating they were hard to close. But i am so glad i did. They are the cutest thing for gift cards and candy. If you pre fold on all the creases and as well as the perforations, including the top flap, they are easier to close and the final close is with the flap tucking inside. the opposite end actually have two litter inserts that tuck perfectly in. Hope this helps and they decide to bring these back next year because they are so darn cute!!

Super cute! Takes a bit to close but can be done.
These boxes are adorable! I was a bit hesitant based on reviews stating they cannot be assembled, but am so glad I purchased them. It took me three boxes to figure out how to get the lid just right to securely close it. It just takes a bit of patience. Please bring these back next year!

Cute, BUT....
They are adorable BUY extremely hard to close. I ruined a whole pack ripping them with each attempt to close. I had bought a 2nd pack so I’m hoping to have better luck after watching the video posted by another reviewer.

Super adorable and perfect for a small amount of cookies - I used these to give teachers 6 cookies and a gift card. They were a bit confusing to assemble at first but once you figure it out it’s not bad (I made 16 of them!). I made a video to show you how it works.

Cute but too hard to close up
Super cute but far too hard to close. I used tape on the bottom to keep it closed. But it’s still to hard to get the tiny little tabs into the tiny little slots. I hope they redesign them for next year because they are really cute little boxes for gift cards and small gifts. I used them for teachers this year.
