I bought for the lid. The lid doesn’t seal. It just sits on top of the bowl. Will be returning.

I purchased these online, based on so many 5 star reviews. When they arrived, they looked nice and the sizes seemed good. But the lids don’t fit tightly enough to seal or stay on. They just sit in place, loosely. And it really surprised me that none of these high ratings even mentioned this fact, as it was one of the very first things I noticed (and disliked) when they arrived. So I went back to reread the reviews and they all mention the same qualities, “Great for storage and dishwasher safe”, as though they were all written by the same person. Or the reviewers were compensated for their very similar reviews. Anyway, now I don’t feel like I can trust any of these reviews. If it weren’t for this, I would probably give these bowls 3 stars. They look beautiful, and seem like OK quality. The lids are terrible. And the price is much too high for what they are. But I’m giving 1 star to balance out all of the false 5 star ratings.
