Women's Mini Polka Dot Tie-Waist Midi Dress - kate spade new york x Target Cream/Black

I felt that the size medium fit me perfectly. I'm a 36 A/B, 140lb and 5'3. Small felt to tight for me around the belt area. I wore this dress to an event, received a lot of compliments. I love the polka dot bag which pairs well with the dress. Very comfy material. Most linen to me is itchy, but this wasn't. The belt string broke but it's a tiny string. I'm glad it doesn't have belt loops because than I choose if I want a belt or not. I love this Kate Spade line. Never heard of her before.

First one received was damaged... second one is full of snags, loose threads, and looks like a pocket was pulled open. Extremely cute dress with a flattering cut. People complained about the belt loops but those thread chain belt loops are there to prevent the sash like belt from sliding off/around; and they make sense with this type of sundress and belt. The fabric is a thicker linen but like with any sundress can be a bit see through under certain conditions. Otherwise it's a great breathable option for spring & summer. I usually return white items without lining since they're so sheer but this one isn't bad. Only issue is really the quality- disappointing because even the standard Target brands seem higher quality than this item.

I like this dress & the small fits perfectly. I’m 5’5” & 130 lbs. I’d purchased the medium, which was too big. However, I received this dress in the mail & it’s missing the belt. I don’t want to return it, but where’s the belt?! Disappointing that Target missed that when packaging & mailing it.

The dry he belt was ripped off the dress and they couldn’t replace due to there was no more and had to refund my money I was so so disappointed in target sending broken merchandise

Runs super small and fabric was not the quality I expected.

This is a lovely polka dot dress. I appreciate that it is cream and black instead of white and black. Runs true to size. I am usually between XS and S. Purchased the XS and it is very form fitting. I think I really should have gone with the larger size as it would have been easier to take on and off. There is smocking in the back which allows for a little bit of room over my broad shoulders. It is a shame these items were available in such limited quantities as it almost turned into a game purchasing items in whatever sizes were available. This was purchased with a $10 target bonus I had on my red card so I will be keeping the smaller size. Overall it is really such a lovely dress and I actually prefer that it is a linen blend instead of pure linen which wrinkles very easily.

Beautiful dress , a little snug on the top and the straps were a little hard to adjust but overall, a beautiful dress!

Got an XL: I am 5’8” with D cups and curves in general. This isn’t constricting and in fact makes me feel elegant!

This fit perfectly. I love that it has adjustable straps.

Multiple dresses have defects. MOST of these dresses I saw in the store had defects. I purchased more than one online, and they all had defects as well. Additionally, I'm not sure why the designers wanted most of the dresses and skirts to be so long. I prefer maxi dresses or short dresses, yet this line was FULL of midi dresses. Midi dresses make me look frumpy. The sizes run large. I am 5'7 and 115 pounds and could have worn an XXS.

This dress is so elegant and flattering. Please do the collab again with more inventory and lower amounts per person so we have a chance to buy items. Thanks!

I ordered this in a 2X and it was giangantic. After looking at the size chart, I returned and ordered an XXL. I could barely get that one over my head. I even wonder if it was mis-sized. Target sizing can sometimes be all over the place, but this one is by far the worst I have seen.

Ok - love dress and fit - but not a lot difference between xxs vs xs - other than more material gather on bottom on xs - even thou I’m xs , decided go xxs so it’s more fitted and not pouffy with all material on bottom . So size is tricky , That said, cute Kate spade dress !

The dress was stuffed in only the shipping bag. I had high hopes for this dress. Unfortunately, it arrived already coming apart at the front seam under the bust and it must be returned. Disappointed.

Washed before wearing. Did not seem to shrink much. Pressed the dress. Hem did not press flat but overall a nice looking dress for Easter Sunday for the price. Will also use for summer travel. Wished the skirt was lined like the bodice

Fit nicely. True to size. I am a 3x and it for perfectly.

Cute dress but mine came with some manufacturing defects. The strings that are supposed to hold the waist tie are already coming apart. You can see where they marked the dress for sewing (in red). Lastly, the sewing is poor and off around the waist line. I'm also not sure why they decided to only line the bust part of this dress when it is white. I'm sure wearing skin colored garments would be okay though. I'm 5'1 and this falls a little above my ankles.

I am obsessed with this dress! I’m 5”5 , 128lbs & it’s fits perfectly & is beyond comfortable. I love the material & the style!
