There is no need to season this skillet! It’s so easy to clean. These are enchiladas right out of the oven. They were so delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the pan for a few weeks now and have used it on the stovestop and oven and it's been great so far. The pretty color has not scratched and it heats quickly, cooks evenly and is relatively easy to clean. It's great that the pan does not have to be seasoned and it doesn't rust. It is a bit on the heavy side - as a warning. Food does stick to the pan but not nearly as much as my prior cast iron pan. It's also not hard to clean I'm happy with the purchase. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enamored with Caraway products! They are by far the most functional pieces of cookware I have ever owned. It takes less than a minute to clean them, and they look fantastic. They are durable, and most importantly free of harmful chemicals. The cast iron pans are definitely the easiest cast iron to clean... not even close compared to other brands, yet you still get a great sear on a steak! Highly highly highly recommend their products!!

Yes, the bottom of the skillet has stain marks from use but who cares when it worked good. We used it for steaks on the cooktop and thought they turned out good. Just know this is very heavy. I do wish it were a little larger.
