The package is huge and will definitely last longer than other salt. I do wish it was a cover with the holes so I could better control the amount when poured. Will definitely repurchase.

This a little of this coarse salt goes a long way and hence the flavor of your steak you might need to run it thru a grinder. But it will definitely enhance the flavor of your steak.

One had a sweet heat rub on it and the other just pepper and the Texas Steak Salt. Both were prepared and smoked the same. The one I used the salt on was much juicier and tender and tasted delicious. It was a fun experiment and I will definitely be using this salt on all of my future meats.

It is a larger green salt, which I can see using as assault to add on the top of chocolates or caramels. So the salt isn't limited to just having it on a steak.. this brand is also a brand I've used for years and trust. So anytime there's something new, I always have to get it.
