Versed Skin Solution Serum Concealer - 0.25 fl oz

Was excited to try this because of the skincare/ makeup combo and was sadly disappointed. I tried the concealer and the skin tint and I don't know if I'm just the unlucky one or if everyone else has extremely beyond hydrated skin. This concealer accentuated all of my fine lines and made my under eyes look so beyond dry. It's also pretty thick and as someone who prefers a more natural makeup look it just didn't work and felt heavy on my under eyes. Kept trying to make this concealer work for me but it was still constantly drying and didn't really keep good coverage for the whole day. This one is a pass.

I've been using Merit and Typology Paris products at significantly higher price points, so I was excited to try this more affordable skin-care-as-makeup line, for which I have left other reviews for the Skin Tint and Cashmere Color Lip Blush. This Serum Concealer has the same issues as the Multi-Serum Skin Tint. It lays on top of the skin, collecting in fine lines, which is the opposite of what I'd expect from a serum concealer. Its full coverage, but almost too much so that it looks like traditional concealer, lacking a "natural" finish. Similarly, the color matching is bonkers. I have fair skin and in Typology Paris I take the lightest color, so I first ordered 2N which is so pasty/white that it's unwearable for me. I then ordered 4W, something more medium/warmer, and it's too orangy. Same as the Multi-Serum Skin Tint, I applied this two ways, with my fingertips and with a brush, blending with a cosmetic wedge and you really have to blend. I'm going experiment for a few more days, but I'm not impressed. I will continue to pay more for Typology Paris since it works 5x as well. This is not worth buying.

This is a great, easy to use, not heavy concealer. Works well with other Versed products, goes on well with their branded brush. Absolutely love.

I’m 41 and for the past few years I’ve struggled with my concealer creasing. I’ve tried multiple prestige brands and all the tips and tricks without luck. This concealer is it. Minimal creasing. I haven’t used it long enough to see any benefits of the caffeine and Kojac acid, but definitely a great concealer for mature under eyes.

Love the shade match, still playing with the formula (just tried without proper skin prep and don't like how it looks). I love that it has kojic Acid to hopefully brighten my dark circles over time and hopefully that will soak into my skin through the skin prep because I really don't like how it looks on just my bare skin. I use a blurring primer underneath. So far so good!

I'm 55 with fine lines under my eyes and it works beautifully. Doesn't crease, with or without powder. You just need to use the smallest amount. A little goes along way.

I love love love this concealer. It’s so hydrating and easy to blend. I love that you aren’t required to set this concealer due to it being more like a skin serum. Using this concealer with the skin tint lasted ALL DAY LONG. I was really impressed. The coverage was also really good. A little goes a long way. The color match was perfect too. I’m just really impressed. I hope this line stays for a long time because it’s a must have for my everyday makeup.

Not very opaque, it was greasy and didn’t really work as a coverup to me. It separated under my eyes within 30 minutes. Not a good look for older mature skin.

I’ve been using this product throughout February and LOVE it so far!! It’s thick and has full coverage but doesn’t feel heavy on your skin which is amazing. I’m excited to keep using it in my everyday routine!

Really great coverage and feels great on skin. Color in concealer matches well with corresponding shade in serum foundation.

I got this because I tried the skin tint and loved it, but this concealer is just not it. It is very thin and serum-like, but it blends out so patchy. It also immediately creased in my fine lines. The packaging is cute. I think the Nyx bare with me serum concealer is better.

I am a fan of versed skincare so I was excited to see their makeup launch! Using clean skincare products that are safe and healthy is extremely important to me. As an esthetician, I was also impressed to see the skin care benefits in this concealer. I decided to grab both a light color to cover and brighten in addition to a contour color to complement my natural makeup routine. Firstly, I was impressed by the generous amount of product. The applicator is very nice and it feels very gentle on the skin without any funny smells. It blends very well with a slightly moisturizing finish, so it works well whether the skin is prepped and primed or not. It is very gentle and doesn't cause any eye irritation. The finish is definitely natural with medium coverage so I love this as my day to day concealer. If I want a heavier makeup look, I will use a full coverage concealer. While I wasn't as big of a fan of using this for contour, the under eye concealer is a keeper and will definitely be a staple in my routine!

Tried this concealer and thinks it is a great light coverage concealer. It blends beautifully and your under eyes appear very refreshed. I wouldn’t say medium coverage for first application but more so if you build. It is not a long lasting concealer at least for myself but does look beautiful for a no makeup makeup look!

This is the first concealer that does not emphasize the imperfections under my eyes. The color match was simple and application was smooth. All you have to do is just tap it out with your finger and it blends like a dream. At the end of an 8 hour day it still holds strong. I also have extremely sensitive skin around my eyes. This does not irritate my skin at all and leaves the skin feeling hydrated.

I appreciate that this doesn't seem to cling to dryness, but it also feels very heavy. It does give great coverage, but if you are looking for something that feels light on the skin this probably isn't a great choice. I do love the applicator, though.

I’m loving this concealer paired up with the skin tint. It’s difficult to find a skin tint and concealer that blend easily together!

I normally don’t use concealer because it clogs my pores or irritates my skin. I was pleasantly surprised how nicely this blends without disrupting the natural feel of my skin.

This concealer spreads super easily and blends even better. Great color match

I love this concealer! It is so light and there is some time for you to work with it before it starts to dry down. Because of the texture it doesn't really crease up under my eyes, but I can let it dry down on blemishes and dark spots before blending to get a heaver coverage that doesnt move around as much. The shade match was great for my winter shade and it doesn't lean super orange like a lot of darker concealers do!
