ADORABLE little hat. Has a Velcro strap that comes below the chin but only works on purple side. Hat can be reversible without the strap.

Love the reversible print of this hat. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have a strap. My little one plays wild outside and this hat goes flying. Super cute and great material though!

My daughter is three and never likes wearing hats but when we saw this one at target she loved it. She hasn’t taken it off since and calls herself a “flower” when she wears it. It is reversible with the cutest designs. The only thing I wish it had a strap for the chin so it won’t fall off but besides that 10/10
