The person above claiming it's only effective against bacteria has no idea what they're talking about. Soap is often called "anti-bacterial soap". Does that mean it's not effective against viruses such as the flu? No.
submitted bySean - 5 years agoA: The answer is, not necessarily. This is an anti-bacterial product, and coronavirus is of course viral, not bacterial. So just because a product kills bacteria, does not mean it will kill the coronavirus. In order to effectively sanitize your hands and surfaces, you need a product that is a minimum of 60% alcohol. That is according to the CDC at cdc.gov

While specific percentages are not available, this product contains the following ingredients: water, isopropyl alcohol, nitrogen, 2-hexoxyethanol, acetic acid, fragrance, propylene glycol, ethanolamine, C11-15 Sec-Pareth-12 and n-Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chlorides / n-Alkyl Dimethyl Ethylbenzyl Ammonium Chlorides.
